How to use Veda Aid - "Solutions"
Veda Aid manufacturing uses a variety of Natural ingredients to create a blended "Solution" and packaged into Glass ampoules to provide the customer with the freshest product to use at your convenience.
To use any of the Veda Aid - "Solutions" range, retrieve one glass ampoule. Use the plastic tool provided. Insert the plastic tool on top of the glass ampoule and holding the base push gently until the top of the ampoule snaps off. Carefully remove the top from the capper tool and dispose off safely. You may now apply the Veda Aid "Solutions" by gently massaging the contents into the affected area. It is important to work the the solution begining at the thinnest part of the muscle and work towards to meaty or belly of the muscle. In this manner the special blend of Natural Ingredients are most effective. Please see our massage section for examples.
We recommend that you use one Veda Aid - "Solutions" ampoule every other day. This allows your body to work with the Natural Ingredients for one day and rest one day.
Veda Aid solutions are made with pure natural ingredients and act as natural preservatives to help preserve your product. Their scent and colour will change due to the harvesting season and may also and fade over time. If properly stored, most of our products will keep their high quality for several years.
It is the Buyers responsibility to take due care while opening the glass ampoules, if you are unsure, please consult a nurse, doctor or pharmacist. Open away from your face and eyes. Do not use if you find any glass fragments in the contents. It is the Buyers responsibility to inspect the open ampoule for any glass fragments.
Keep all Veda Aid products in a cool dry area out of direct sunlight and away from heat so they don't lose their potency.

How to Buy as a Customer?
To purchase any of the Veda Aid products, you must register as a customer on our website. It is important that you read our 'Terms of Trading' as well as our 'Privacy Agreement'. Select the item(s) you require, and follow the online instructions and use the online HSBC secure payment system to complete your purchase.
Any customers without access can call our sales office. Under these circumstances, your personal details will be entered into our website as a Customer to maintain purchasing records and to keep track of goods sold. We do not retain and Credit/Debit card information, as this is processed through HSBC secure payment systems.

How to Buy as an Agent, Stockist or Distributor?
We welcome enquiries from stockists and retailers. To do so, you must register as a Customer on our website and forward a copy of your VAT Registration Certificate as well as copies of one Utility Bill and one Supplier Invoice.
Our Sales team will process your application and if authorised as a stockist we will forward an exclusive stockist agreement for your area. The agreement will require the stockist to offer a set area for floor space or shelf space. Shelf talkers and eye catching display aids will be made available, but a deposit may be required. Stockists will be required to meet minimum purchase requirements to obtain Free Delivery.
To become an Authorised Distributor, additional information will be required. Please forward your application in writing to our office.
